Rich Friesen, started trading for Merrill Lynch in 1983 on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
He went on to create his own trading firm, employing traders. Rich has degrees in Philosophy, Clinical Psychology & NLP.
He has worked with traders from major banks & hedge funds, to help them achieve peak performance. He even mentored our CEO Marc Walton. No one on earth has as much experience in this field when you consider his 40-year trading career.

Rich’s History
Psychology Degree
I hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy, a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, and am a graduate of the Gestalt Institute in San Francisco. I also hold a Master's Certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Professional Trader
I started my trading career with Merrill Lynch in 1983 and continued at the Chicago Board of Trade. I went from being “the worst trainee that Merill Lynch ever had” to starting and running my own highly profitable trading firm, employing others to trade my money.
Board Director
I served as Board Director on the Pacific Exchange and chaired the New Products Committee. With in-depth experience as a broker, floor trader, financial software developer and entrepreneur, I brought concrete real-world experience to my students and clients.
Built my Own Trading Firm
I founded my own trading firm Trade Management LLC - one of the most consistently profitable options and equity trading firms on the floor of the Pacific Stock Exchange.
Founded a Software Company
I founded and built ePIT Systems; a software company which produces internet exchange software solutions for the regulated and over-the-counter marketplaces. At ePIT I designed and received seven significant patents on electronic trading interfaces and saw ePIT’s systems and patent technology purchased by Hitachi.
Mentoring Others
I work as an Independent Consultant to Finance Houses at $10,000 per day. I teach traders revolutionary methods on how to overcome psychological issues and maximise their potential via my Mind Muscles Academy.
